Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Bike

Securely pack the bicycle in its original DAHON box, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.

Ship to Service Center

Attach the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the bike to ensure it is in like-new condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
