How long does it take to fold a DAHON bike?
Most DAHON folding bikes are designed to be folded or unfolded in less than 15 seconds. Our patented folding technologies ensure a smooth, quick transition without the need for tools.
What is the weight limit for DAHON folding bikes?
Generally, our 16" and 20" folding bikes are designed to support a maximum rider weight of 105 kg (230 lbs). We recommend checking the specific technical specifications for each model.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can calculate the exact shipping fee at the checkout page.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Do DAHON bikes come fully assembled?
DAHON bikes are shipped 95% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the pedals and perform a quick safety check of the tire pressure and brakes before your first ride.
What kind of warranty is provided?
We provide a limited 5-year warranty on the frame, handlepost, and rigid forks for the original owner. Other components are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
